Refund policy

This return policy applies to both online and in-store purchases.

General Policy:

  • No refunds for all products: Refunds will not be issued unless for products with major defect.
  • Returns: We will only accept returns of defective or incorrect items. We encourage customers to check the product thoroughly before cutting price tag, otherwise no refund or exchange even if the product has defect or the product is wrong.

Process for Returns (Local Purchases):

For defective goods, please contact us as soon as you become aware of the issue, within 7 days from the day you receive your order. To initiate a return: you must:

  1. Contact us: Reach out to us via WhatsApp or Email
  2. Return item: Send the defective item back to us, including (1) a note describing the defect and (2) the order number for the original purchase.
  3. If any refund has to be made, we will refund the price of the item. Please note that credit card handling fee, if any, will not be refunded.?

Conditions for Returns:

  • The returned goods must be in their?original condition & original packaging. Price tag must not be removed or cut.
  • We must receive the returned item within?7 days from the day you receive your order.
  • The returned goods must not be used and should be kept clean.?

Overseas Purchases:

  • No refunds or returns will be accepted unless there are major defects or incorrect items. Customers will be responsible for the shipping fee.

SportStation reserves the right to amend the content of this policy without prior notification.
